Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) admin brutally mocked Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf on the official social media handle on Tuesday, June 18. The Royal Challengers Bengaluru post came after Haris Rauf's fight with a Pakistani fan following the Men in Green's group-stage exit during the 2024 T20 World Cup.

Haris Rauf made headlines with his public altercation with a fan in the United States of America (USA). The tearaway pacer charged towards the fan after the two engaged in a war of words. In a viral video on social media, people around him tried to stop and hold Rauf back when he charged towards the fan.

The 30-year-old pacer approached the fan despite efforts from his family and friends to stop him. The fan eventually walked away. Rauf was visibly upset by the fan's comments and questioned his upbringing before being pulled away from the scene. The video has gone viral across social media platforms.

Haris Rauf took to Twitter to address the situation after a video of the incident surfaced online. He emphasized that he welcomes public feedback as a public figure, but comments about his family are off-limits. Rauf stated that respecting people and their families is crucial, regardless of their professions.

"I decided not to bring this on social media, but now that the video is out, I feel it is necessary to address the situation. As public figures, we are open to receiving all kinds of feedback from the public. They are entitled to support us or criticize us. Nevertheless, when it comes to my parents or my family, I will not hesitate to respond accordingly. It is important to show respect towards people and their families, irrespective of their professions," Rauf wrote on Twitter.
