RCB vs SRH: The venue for the upcoming match between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Sunrisers Hyderabad has been changed due to adverse weather conditions in Bengaluru.
The RCB vs SRH match was scheduled to be played at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Friday (May 23). However, the match will now be played at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow.
Bengaluru has been facing non-stop rain accompanied by wind and lightning for the last few days. Several areas of the city are under water, and the rain is unlikely to stop anytime soon. Many parts of the city received 100 mm (4in) of rain on Monday, a record since 2011.
The severe waterlogging has completely disrupted daily life in Bengaluru. Last Saturday, the match between RCB and Kolkata Knight Riders in Bengaluru was washed out without a ball being bowled.
On Tuesday (May 20), the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a 'red' alert for the entire Karnataka region. Bengaluru, along with other regions of the state, is set to experience heavy rainfall over the next two days.

RCB vs SRH match to be played in Lucknow:
With conditions in Bengaluru not showing any signs of improvement even after days of relentless rain, the BCCI has decided to shift the RCB vs SRH match to Lucknow, according to ESPNcricinfo. The BCCI is yet to officially announce the venue change for the match. The date of the RCB vs SRH match is unlikely to be changed.
Meanwhile, RCB have already booked their spot in the playoffs and are now eyeing a top-two finish. They are currently at the second spot in the points table behind Gujarat Titans. RCB have 17 points from 12 games, and they are very much in contention to finish in the top two.
RCB have performed well this season and will be hoping to go all the way and end their long wait for a maiden IPL trophy. After the game against SRH, the Rajat Patidar-led side will be playing against Lucknow Super Giants in their last league game.
Unlike RCB, SRH have struggled throughout the season and have already been knocked out of the tournament. They are currently languishing at the 8th spot in the points table with just 9 points after 12 games.
