Pat Cummins-led Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) are hosting the Hardik Pandya-led Mumbai (MI) in the reverse fixture of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 on Wednesday, April 23, at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
The list of Impact players nominated by both Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Mumbai Indians (MI) for the 41st match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 has officially been revealed.

SRH are at the No.9 spot on the points table while MI are sitting at the No.6 spot. With the attacking approach that the Sunrisers Hyderabad have adopted since last year, mixed results were expected as too much risk is associated with the way they bat.
That approach benefitted them last year as they came close to winning the title, but this season, things haven't worked out for them, and an aggressive template has come to haunt them.
Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma have failed to score runs consistently, and the likes of Nitish Kumar Reddy, Ishan Kishan, and Heinrich Klaasen have looked miserable with the bat.
SRH's bowling has also been poor as the pacers have got poor averages while spinners have picked up only 7 wickets and have the worst economy.
On the other hand, the Mumbai Indians have started to fly after their initial struggles. Known as the slow starters, MI have progressed well in the season as they had one win after the first five games, but now have registered a hat-trick of wins.
The batting unit has started to fire together, and Rohit Sharma's return to form has been the biggest positive for them. On the bowling side of things, Jasprit Bumrah has found a rhythm after injury, while Trent Boult and Deepak Chahar have been decent as well.
Talking about the head-to-head record, the Mumbai Indians hold a good 14 - 10 edge over the Sunrisers Hyderabad. In the last 10 matches, MI have dominated more as they have a 7-3 lead over SRH.

"One change for us - Jaydev comes in, Shami goes out to the impact player list."
