Team India wicket-keeper batsman, Rishabh Pant recently mocked skipper Virat Kohli’s FIFA skills and also urged him to improve his game from the next time.

Meanwhile, Kohli celebrated his 30th birthday yesterday with his wife and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma. He is currently on a break from cricket to manage his workload. The selectors want Virat Kohli to be fresh and injury-free for the upcoming series against Australia across formats.

Virat Kohli, however, was in scintillating in the recently concluded ODI series against Windies. He smacked three back-to-back centuries in the first three fixtures. In the process, Kohli also became the fastest to score 10000 ODI runs in terms of innings. He went past his idol Sachin Tendulkar, who achieved the feat in 259 innings as compared to Kohli’s 205.

Moreover, he is the fifth and thirteenth overall to achieve this historic landmark. On the other hand, Rishabh Pant has struggled to continue his Test form in the limited-overs. He is currently a part of the T20I series against the Caribbeans. However, the runs are hard to come by for the dashing southpaw.

With two matches still to go in the series, Rishabh Pant needs to put some runs under his belt before the tour of Australia. Meanwhile, Pant and Kohli, who hails from the same state share a great bond and Kohli have backed the youngster time and again.

Recently, Rishabh Pant jokingly targeted Virat Kohli’s FIFA skills saying he should improve before both meets again for the second match.
Your party is due and when we meet again, we have to play FIFA and you are losing again. I am 1-0 up. So, you need to improve your FIFA game also,” Pant said.

The second T20I between India and Windies is on November 6 (Tuesday) at Lucknow.
