Rishabh Pant Undergoes Plastic Surgery On Forehead After Horrific Road Accident, Currently Stable – Reports

The 25-year-old India National Cricket Team wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant has undergone minor plastic surgery on his injured forehead and he is currently in stable condition, as per reports.
Rishabh Pant was badly injured in a road accident on Friday, December 30. The accident took place in the early hours of Friday when he was driving from New Delhi to Roorkee in Uttarakhand to pay a surprise visit to his family.

The police informed that Pant dozed off while driving and his Mercedes Benz car collided with the divider railings on the Delhi-Haridwar highway and then turned a few times before catching fire. Pant somehow managed to escape the burning vehicle after breaking its windscreen. He was helped by a Haryana Roadways driver and conductor.
After the car accident, Pant was taken to Saksham Hospital Multispecialty and Trauma Centre for treatment. After the initial treatment, the decision was made to shift him to Max Hospital in Dehradun.

Rishabh Pant underwent a minor plastic surgery near his forehead – DDCA director
The DDCA director Shyam Sharma informed that Rishabh Pant underwent minor plastic surgery on his forehead on Saturday, December 31. He also told that the star wicketkeeper-batter is stable and out of danger.
“Rishabh Pant underwent a minor plastic surgery near his forehead. A 3-member DDCA team is reaching Dehradun in an hour. BCCI is constantly in touch with the doctors at Max Hospital and with Pant’s family. He is currently stable and out of danger. We are yet to decide whether he needs to be shifted to Delhi or not,” DDCA director Shyam Sharma was quoted as saying by NDTV.
Notably, the BCCI released an official statement on Friday, confirming that Pant sustained several injuries, including a ligament tear in his right knee.
“Rishabh has two cuts on his forehead, a ligament tear in his right knee and has also hurt his right wrist, ankle, toe and has suffered abrasion injuries on his back,” the BCCI said in an official media release.
