Young Indian all-rounder Riyan Parag made sensational comments about Virat Kohli's Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), and the video spread across social media platforms. Riyan Parag stated that he would love to quiet down the Royal Challengers Bengaluru crowd in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Riyan Parag delivered an impressive batting performance in the IPL 2024 season. The right-handed batter scored 573 runs for the Rajasthan Royals (RR) in 15 matches at a strike rate close to 150. He smashed four half-centuries with a best score of 84*. He was rewarded with his maiden call-up to the Indian team.
Young opening batter Shubman Gill was named captain of the second-string squad for the five-match series against Zimbabwe. "RCB. They've just a big fan base. Wherever we go, they've got a bigger fan base, and it's always nice to quiet down the crowd and everyone. Even in the qualifier that we played, literally, out of 80,000 people, 70,000 of them were RCB fans. We won the game, and everything was quiet. I love that," Parag said.
