Shah Rukh Khan Reveals The Cricketer He Would Like To Play On Screen

Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif starter ‘Zero’ is garnering good reviews since its release on December 21. Interestingly, the film features the trio – Shah Rukh, Katrina, and Anushka who was last seen in the blockbuster- ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan.’ In the meantime, in an interview with Times Now, SRK has revealed that he would like to play Virat Kohli’s role on the screen if given an opportunity.

Moreover, Shah Rukh is known for his exceptional acting skills on the silver screen throughout his illustrious career. Recently, Indian National Cricket Team skipper Virat Kohli has liked the movie after watching it in Melbourne. He especially lauded Anushka, his wife’s performance, who has played the role of a physically challenged scientist. SRK also added he looked like Virat Kohli in his previous film when Anushka said he would have to don a beard.
“Virat,” Shah Rukh told Times Now when asked which cricketer would he like to play on screen. However, to which Anushka smiled and replied, “But you will have to grow a beard.”
“But I had grown a beard. In Harry Met Sejal, I looked just like Virat Kohli. Exactly like him,” Shah Rukh Khan replied.
Meanwhile, Kohli is currently playing the four-match Test series against Australia. Moreover, Indian National Cricket Team had won the first game convincingly by 31 runs followed by a loss in the Perth Test by 146 runs. Virat Kohli recently slammed his 25th Test century in the first innings of the second game. However, the series is leveled at 1-1.
