India will be up against South Africa in the third of the five-match T20I series. This article provides details about South Africa's Playing 11 vs India for the third match of the series.

Openers: Reeza Hendricks, Quinton de Kock (wk)

South Africa would be happy with their performance in the second T20I against India, which helped them level the series.

The Aiden Markram-led side would like to build on that and register another win in the third match of the series to take a 2-1 lead with two games to go.

The visitors would back themself to accomplish the above mentioned goal as they have the resources to do so in both batting and bowling departments.

The onus will be on the openers Quinton de Kock and Reeza Hendricks to get the team off to a good start and provide a platform for the incoming batters to capatalize and press home the advantage by creating pressure on the opposition bowlers.

In addition to that, Quinton de Kock would also wish to keep up the good work he did by playing amatch winning knock of 90 runs in the last match and would hope his partner Hendricks to make a significant contribution as well.

Middle-order batsmen and all-rounders: Aiden Markram, Dewald Brevis, David Miller, Donovan Ferreira, Marco Jansen, George Linde

The openers will be followed by a middle order that made full use of the good batting conditions that were on offer in the previous match and would look to do something similar in the next match as well.

The likes of Aiden Markram, who was involved in an important partnership with Quinton de Kock in the previous match, Dewald Brebis, David Miller, and Donovan Ferreira would be itching to take the field in what is expected to be a good batting wicket in Dharamsala.

South Africa will have the option to play with freedom from the first ball, as they did in the last game, due to the depth that the team possesses in the batting department.

Having said that, the responsibiity wil have to be take vy the top five batters to score the majority of the runs for the team so as to challenge a strong Indian bowling attack.

Bowlers: Lutho Sipamla, Lungi Ngidi, Ottneil Baartman

As far as South Africa's bowling lineup is concerned, it has done its job in the first two matches and would hope to continue it in the third match as well.

South Africa has at least seven bowling options that the South African captain can turn to, including himself, and has done a good job in marshalling his troops in the series so far

The Proteas will once again have four fast bowlers in the form of Lutho Sipamla, Lungi Ngidi, Ottneil Baartman, and Marco Jansen, all of whom can bowl in any phase of the innings.

Whereas the spin bowling department of the team will be handled by George Linde, who will be assisted by Donovan Ferreira and Aiden Markram.
