Fans on Twitter reacted after Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) batter Virat Kohli played a struggling innings in the ongoing game against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. The match between the teams is underway at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.

Virat Kohli, who has been going through the purple patch in the ongoing IPL 2024, played another decent knock in the tournament. However, he failed to up the ante after an initial start with the bat. He came out all guns blazing with the bat and it seemed that he would play fiery knock.

Virat Kohli played some crisp shots in the innings early on but after the two wickets fell at the other end, he took the back seat. Even though Rajat Patidar upped the ante with the bat, the senior batter failed to cash on the momentum and perished just after scoring the half-century with a slow strike.

Virat Kohli scored 51 runs off 43 balls and had a strike rate of just 118. He slammed 4 fours and 1 six in innings. The batter perished in the 15th over and his wicket saw Royal Challengers Bengaluru tumbling at 140/5 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.

Virat Kohli in the end tried to play some hit but he didn't get the timing right. He seemed to be frustrated with the innings he played. It's fair to say that had he played quickly, Royal Challengers Bengaluru could've got 10-15 runs more with the bat.
