Star Indian batsman, Suryakumar Yadav has made it clear that he will be making his international debut for the Indian Cricket Team on Friday as India take on England in the first T20I of the five-match series. Suryakumar Yadav has been waiting for his international debut for a long time, riding on the back of stellar performances in the Indian domestic circuit.

The middle-order batsman from Mumbai has been piling up runs in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and the Vijay Hazare Trophy for a lot of years now. Not only this, ever since his transfer to Mumbai Indians in 2017, he has been their star batsman as he has gone on to score a lot of runs for the 5-time IPL champions.

Suryakumar Yadav Reveals His Debut On The International Stage In The First T20 Itself

On Thursday, Indian skipper Virat Kohli addressed the media and shed light on a  couple of players who were sure shot to get a chance in the Indian team for the first T20 which included KL Rahul and Washington Sundar. However, there was no clarity on Suryakumar Yadav’s inclusion on the first eleven in the first T20I against England.

The star batsman from Mumbai, however, himself cleared that he will make his debut in the first T20I against England. On his Instagram story, he shared a post by Sahil Khan, a fitness and youth icon.

Team India All Set To Take On England In The T20I Series

The India National Cricket Team is now all set to take the English challenge in the five-match T20 series, starting from Friday. The hosts will be high in confidence as they have recently beaten the visitors in the four-match Test series and qualified for the final of the ICC World Test Championship.
