2022 has come to an end and Team India is looking forward to forthcoming campaigns that will occur in 2023. Like 2022, 2023 will also be a busy year for Team India. The two crucial events will be ICC World Test Championship 2023 final and the ICC ODI World Cup 2023.
While Team India is part of the ICC ODI World Cup 2023, they need to qualify for ICC WTC 2023 final. So far, a series against three games have been confirmed to take place in 2023. They are a series against Sri Lanka, New Zealand, and Australia which will take place in the first quarter of 2023. More series will be announced as the year progress. Sri Lanka tour of India, 2023 (Jan 2023)
The Sri Lanka tour of India 2323 will be the first campaign for Team India in 2023. The series will take place in January 2023. During the series, India will play an ODI series and T20I series against Sri Lanka.
Both the ODI and T20I series will witness three games each. The Sri Lanka tour begins on January 3 with the 1st T20I encounter. The tour will conclude with the 3rd ODI on January 15. Below are the details of the IND vs SL ODI and T20I series.

New Zealand tour of India, 2023 (Jan-Feb 2023)
Just after facing Sri Lanka, Team India will welcome New Zealand on their soil for two white-ball series. During the New Zealand tour of India 2023, Team India and New Zealand will play a T20I and ODI series.
Both the IND vs NZ T20I and ODI series will observe three games. The ODI series will be played first followed by the T20I series. The tour begins on January 18 with the 1st ODI and concludes on February 1 with the 3rd T20I. Below are the details of matches of the New Zealand tour of India 2023.

Australia tour of India, 2023 (Feb-Mar 2023)
Team India is also set to play a multi-format series against Australia in February-March 2023. India will face Australia for a Test and ODI series at home. The IND vs AUS Test series will see 4 matches. The 1st Test starts on February 9.
Post the Test series, India will play an ODI series against Australia in March 2023. India will play three ODI games against Australia.
