The Hundred 2025: Glenn Maxwell, James Anderson, Alyssa Healy among top names in draft pool

Australia National Cricket Team all-rounder Glenn Maxwell has registered himself for the Hundred 2025 draft. He, along with Australia women's skipper Alyssa Healy, will be up for grabs when the draft of the tournament will undergo on 12th March.
Glenn Maxwell, who played for London Spirit in 2022, has set himself a reserve price of £120,000. There are high chances that he might play for his previous team in the competition as London Spirit will be having the first men's pick this time around. Birmingham Phoenix will pick first in the women's competition.
David Warner, Josh Inglis, and Adam Zampa are among the Australian players in The Hundred 2025 draft
Former Australia National Cricket Team batter David Warner also has registered himself for The Hundred 2025 draft. He went underdrafted in 2024 and would be hoping to fetch a deal this time around. Along with him Josh Inglis and leg-spinner Adam Zampa also will be in drafts.
West Indies trio Andre Russell, Kieron Pollard, and Shimron Hetymer will be in Hundred 2025 drafts as well. South Africa pacer Anrich Nortje and New Zealand batter Rachin Ravindra are up for grabs, too. They would be hoping to fetch handsome deals, especially the Kiwi batter, who is in the red-hot form.

Afghanistan National Cricket Team spinner Noor Ahmad has the highest reserve price in The Hundred 2025 draft. The wrist spinner will be available at £200,000. England's Rehan Ahmed, Jamie Overton, and Reece Topley also are among the domestic potential draftees.
The domestic draftees for The Hundred 2025 also included England legend James Anderson, who recently expressed his desire to play in the tournament. Young Lancashire batter Rocky Flintoff, son of former England all-rounder Andrew, also features in the list.
Richa Ghosh, Sophie Devine Chamari Athapaththu, and Australia seamer Kim Garth feature in the women's draft for the tournament
In terms of the women's draft, India National Cricket Team player Richa Ghosh has registered himself for the drafts. The keeper-batter played for London Spirit and Birmingham Phoenix in the past two years. With the kind of skills that she brings, she is expected to be one of the top picks.
New Zealand National Cricket Team captain Sophie Devine also features in the international draft list that includes Sri Lanka star Chamari Athapaththu and Australia seamer Kim Garth. In domestic draftees, Sophia Dunkley and Issy Wong are there as well.
The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) recently announced the retentions and direct signings for all the franchises ahead of the Hundred 2025. The fifth edition of the tournament is all set to be played from the 5th to the 31st of August later this year.
The tournament will begin with a London derby double-header between London Spirit and Oval Invincibles at Lord's.
