Former Indian cricketer Dodda Ganesh slammed India Women skipper Harmanpreet Kaur for her comments on Shreyanka Patil after the defeat to Australia Women in the 2nd T20I. Dodda Ganesh feels blaming the young girl was not justified.
After losing the 2nd T20I against Australia Women, Harmanpreet Kaur said during the post-match presentation that Shreyanka Patil would have made a huge difference if she bowled a good 19th over.
“I think score wasn’t enough on the board but our bowlers did really well. We took it to the 19th over, that was the biggest positive. In the 19th over, if Shreyanka was on target, it would have made a huge difference”, she said.
