YouTuber Daniel Jarvis, aka ‘Jarvo 69’ has been charged by the authorities for aggravated trespass after colliding with England batter Jonny Bairstow during his pitch invasion as he was batting against India in a Test match at the Oval, London during the recently five-match Test series.
Jarvo 69 got infamous during the Lord’s Test match between England and India during the same series when he invaded the field at the iconic cricket ground wearing a replica India jersey with all the logos and everything with his name at the back with the numbers 69 printed on the back.
Though the Indian fielders and crowed brushed it off as a prank and he was removed by force by the police and ground security, he became kind of a nuisance when he once again invaded the ground in the next Test match at Headingly in full batting gear with pads, gloves, a bat and a blue colored helmet similar to the ones Indian batters wore in Test matches.
He came onto the pitch after Rohit Sharma was dismissed and proceeded to ask for a guard before being literally picked up and escorted from the field of play. By this time, former India players and commentators were pointing fingers at the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) for their security management after he managed to invade the pitch twice in two games.

While many thought that this would be it for Daniel Jarvis and ECB will tighten its security, Jarvo 69 struck again in what was called a massive breach of security arrangements by ECB during the fourth Test at the Oval in London.
Jarvo appeared with a ball in his hand and ran onto the field and bowled a delivery and in the process barged into an unsuspecting Jonny Bairstow at the non-striker’s end.
An ECB spokesperson condemned the incident, saying: “Any pitch invasion is completely unacceptable. The ECB and our host venues do not tolerate any such behavior which risks the safety of players, officials, and staff. The ECB works closely with all our venues to share information and enhance their security operation.”
Now as per news reports from mirror.co.uk, Daniel Jarvis aka Jarvo 69 who was later arrested on suspicion of assault, has been charged with aggravated trespass after his collision with Jonny Bairstow and is due to appear at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, October 12.
