Virat Kohli, Gautam Gambhir block each other in Australia, zero communication

Indian veteran Virat Kohli's equation has been as usual with the rest of the Indian dugout, except for the head coach, Gautam Gambhir. The two have not been spotted engaged in any conversation, which has posed a looming threat to Virat Kohli's chances of further retention.
India lost the first match of the India vs Australia ODI series, which commenced at Perth, and is now gearing up for the next match at Adelaide. During this phase of preparation, the eyes are constantly on the head coach and the two veteran batters who made their return to the Indian camp after a long time.
Though both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have been spotted in their usual selves, giggling and smiling around, advising their junior cricketers, and guiding the new skipper, Shubman Gill, their equation with the Indian coach has been under scrutiny.
Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir avoid communication during the Australia tour
Virat Kohli arrived in India and joined the Indian side during their travel to Australia. He has been the much-loved character with the Indian players and has been his charming self in front of the dazzling dressing room. But on the other hand, his equation with former teammate and head coach Gautam Gambhir is once again under the radar.
After the defeat in the first game, and Kohli also failed to score runs with the bat, the two were supposed to be seen engaged in conversations involving the team tactics further in the series. However, marking no such incident, they have not been for once, spotted even conversing with each other.
Though this might not suggest any feud between the two, it weakens Virat's chances to retain his place if his prime doesn't hold back on him until the next World Cup. However, Rohit, unlike Virat, has been spotted alongside the head coach on several instances.
Rohit Sharma was spotted alongside Yashasvi Jaiswal in a long batting session
Rohit Sharma, since his return to the Indian setup, has been spotted involving himself a lot alongside the young cricketers. He was spotted conversing with and advising the new captain, Shubman Gill, and has now been spotted giving some valuable insights for batting to youngster Yashasvi Jaiswal.
However, according to RevSportz reporter Rohit Juglan, though Rohit has looked usual from the outside, he is not the same Rohit Sharma known to all. Juglan probably hinted at Rohit's carefree and funky side, which we have seen being unleashed even at times when Rohit struggled for form.
Rohit Sharma also missed runs in the first ODI, and to add to his concern, even more than Virat Kohli, India is traveling with a third opening choice in the form of young Yashasvi Jaiswal.
Pressure mounting on Gautam Gambhir to restore Kuldeep Yadav's place in the XI
Gautam Gambhir has once again cited playing multiple all-rounders in the side as a more credible option than playing with his best players in the XI. He played with three all-rounders, Axar Patel, Washington Sundar, and Nitish Kumar Reddy in the first Test and had dropped Kuldeep Yadav from the XI.
Kuldeep, on the other hand, has been the finest bowler for India in recent times, as he has made a stunning comeback to both the Indian T20I and Test XI. Several former cricketers have once again questioned his absence and have urged Gautam Gambhir to bring him back into the side for the Adelaide ODI.
