India National Cricket Team batter Virat Kohli came up with a magical effort with the bat in the semi-final against Australia National Cricket Team in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. The match between the two teams took place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai on Tuesday (5th March).

Virat Kohli was the shining light for the India National Cricket Team in the semi-final of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 against the Australia National Cricket Team. The premier batter stood tall yet again for his team when it mattered the most and took his team home.

The knock was even special for Kohli as it came in front of his wife, Anushka Sharma, and brother Vikas, who were in the stands. The batter set the stage on fire in front of his family members and held the fort for his team in the chase of over 260 at a time when wickets kept falling at regular intervals.

However, in what was a hilarious moment, Kohli's wife, Anushka Sharm, was caught sleeping when her husband was batting. It was during the 15th over of the innings when the incident happened and the batter was unbeaten at 18 off 28 balls.

Coming to his innings, Kohli found himself in the pressure situation yet again as India was left reeling at 43/2 when he was at the crease. It was again a Kohli masterclass as he soaked in all the pressure and calculated his innings brilliantly to take his team close to the target.

Virat Kohli, who hit a magnificent hundred against Pakistan, slammed a solid half-century and put pressure back on Australia National Cricket Team. He was looking all set for another hundred but ended up giving his wicket to Adam Zampa as he attempted to hit a massive six.

The final of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 will played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai on Sunday (9th March). India will be taking on the winners of South Africa vs New Zealand, which is underway, in the summit clash. Kohli no doubt will hold the key for India in that game as well.
