Young pacer Chetan Sakariya made the decision to adopt his unique “sword” celebration on Wednesday in order to wish Ravindra Jadeja a fast recovery.

Prior to the T20 World Cup, India suffered a significant setback when Jadeja was forced to withdraw from the competition due to an injury sustained during the Asia Cup. The all-rounder underwent surgery last week and said that it went well.

Ravindra Jadeja To Start His Rehab Soon

“The surgery was successful. There are many people to thank for their support and involvement – BCCI, my teammates, support staff, physios, doctors and the fans. I will start my rehab soon and try to get back to cricket soon as I can. Thank you to everyone for your kind wishes,” said Jadeja.

Sakariya, a young pacer, chose to emulate Ravindra Jadeja’s sword celebration in the film as a particular tribute to him. When the all-rounder scores a significant number, such as fifty or one hundred, he celebrates while batting.

Sakariya accomplished it in a masterful way and wished Jadeja quick recovery.

“In case you are missing jaddubhai @imjadeja Here’s wishing him a speedy recovery,” said Sakariya on his twitter account.

Ravindra Jadeja saw the party and commended the child for his effort.
