India National Cricket Team pacer Harshit Rana has come up with a brilliant effort with the ball in the ongoing game against Australia's PM XI. The match between the two teams is taking place at the Manuka Oval in Canberra on Sunday (1st December).

Harshit Rana, who made his debut for the India National Cricket Team in Perth, has been breathing fire with the ball in the ongoing game. Of all the Indian pacers, he has looked a class apart and has troubled Australia's PM XI's batters with his impressive lines and lengths.

After Mohammed Siraj and Akash Deep picked two early wickets, it was Harshit Rana, who stole the limelight with his staggering performances. The pacer broke the middle order of the opposition and picked four quick wickets with the flash.

Rana removed Jack Clayton to take his first wicket in the day. The pacer bowled a staggering delivery that breached the defence of the left-hander and went on to hit the top of the off stump, sending bails flying and the batter packing for 40 runs.

If this was not enough, Rana then went on to remove Oliver Davies two balls later. The pacer emulated a similar kind of effort and produced a full ball that went straight through to castle the stumps and sent the batter packing for a two-ball duck.

Rana, after taking two wickets in the over, made sure that he kept going and didn't stop there. The fast bowler, in his next over, went on to take two more wickets and put Australia's PM XI under massive pressure with his bowling.

Harshit Rana applied the short ball ploy and removed Jack Edwards and Sam Harper in a similar way. The Kolkata Knight Riders pacer was the pick of the bowlers as he bagged a four-fer and gave away 44 runs.

Apart from Harshit Rana, Akash Deep picked two wickets while Mohammed Siraj, Ravindra Jadeja, and Washington Sundar picked one wicket each. Based on the collective effort with the ball, the India National Cricket Team bundled out the opposition for 241 runs.

Harshit Rana would be keen to carry on his form with the ball in the second Test. He was decent with the ball in the first game, where he picked up four wickets across the innings and helped the India National Cricket Team win the match by a huge margin of 295 runs.
