Commentator Erin Holland labelled Pakistan pacer Hasan Ali a "joker" in a hilarious interaction during the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 season. The interaction brought about laughter from JP Duminy and Wasim Akram, who were present alongside Holland on live TV during the ongoing T20 tournament.
Karachi Kings secured their second win of PSL 10 with an emphatic 56-run triumph over Quetta Gladiators at the National Bank Cricket Stadium on Friday, April 18. The David Warner-led team posted a total of 175 runs and delivered a disciplined bowling performance to restrict Quetta to just 119 for 9.

Presenter Erin Holland commented on Hasan Ali’s spirited celebrations despite his heavily strapped bowling arm. As Hasan appeared behind the studio crew, showing off a gesture for taking three wickets, Holland chuckled and called him “an absolute joker” as her fellow panellists shared the laugh.
"Very heavily strapped bowling arm there, but he was throwing it around. No worries, enjoying those celebrations. You don’t want him to lose an arm or do an injury. There he is, jumping behind us in the studio. Take a little look at this. What celebration have you got for us today, mate? Three times, he reckons. Another three wickets. How good. What an absolute joker he is," Holland said.
Karachi Kings Post 175 After Choosing to Bat First
After opting to bat first, Karachi Kings got off to a flying start in their third match. The openers added a 60-run partnership during the powerplay. David Warner was dismissed for 31 off 20 balls in the sixth over. Wicketkeeper-batter Tim Seifert followed soon after, scoring a quick 27 runs from 15 deliveries.
James Vince then anchored the innings, with 70 runs off 47 balls, including six boundaries and a six. He formed key partnerships that helped Karachi reach a competitive total of 175 runs in their allotted 20 overs.
For Quetta Gladiators, Mohammad Amir and Ali Majid picked up two wickets each, while Sean Abbott, Abrar Ahmed, and Saud Shakeel chipped in with one apiece.

Karachi Kings delivered a dominant bowling performance to restrict Quetta Gladiators to just 119 for 9 in their 20 overs. Quetta captain Saud Shakeel was the only batter to offer resistance. He scored an unbeaten 33 from 40 balls. However, he received little support, as seven batters failed to reach double figures.
Lower-order batter Mohammad Amir was the second-highest scorer for Quetta, smashing a quick 30 off 16 deliveries. For the Kings, Hasan Ali was the pick of bowlers with three wickets, while Mohammad Nabi and Abbas Afridi claimed two each. Aamer Jamal and Mir Hamza also contributed with a wicket apiece.
Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators are placed third and fourth, respectively, on the PSL 10 points table. Karachi had a strong start to the tournament with a win over Multan Sultans in their opener, but couldn’t maintain the momentum. They lost to Lahore Qalandars in their second outing.
