The star India National Cricket Team right-arm pacer Mohammed Siraj hilariously recreated his famous "I believe only Jassi Bhai" dialogue on Monday, November 25.
Mohammed Siraj repeated his famous line while hugging the stand-in skipper Jasprit Bumrah after the Perth Test win over the Australia National Cricket Team in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25.
Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj shined for India in Perth Test
Jasprit Bumrah led the India National Cricket Team in the first Test against the Australia National Cricket Team as Rohit Sharma was unavailable. Notably, the Indian captain skipped the match to stay with his wife after the birth of their second child.
Bumrah, meanwhile, made sure that the Indian team didn't miss Rohit Sharma's leadership, as he did a great job as captain. The pace spearhead was spot on with his bowling changes and field placements.
Also, Jasprit Bumrah led from the front with the ball and did a sensational job. In the first innings of Australia, he bagged three early wickets to break the back of the opposition. Then, he bagged two more wickets to complete a 5-wicket haul.
In the last innings of the match as well, Bumrah was exceptional as he bagged two early wickets and then added one more wicket to finish with a three-wicket haul.
Talking about Mohammed Siraj, the right-arm pacer, bagged two huge wickets of Mitchell Marsh and Marnus Labuschagne in the first innings. Also, in the second innings, Siraj did a great job and finished with a three-wicket haul.

With the help of a great all-around performance, India won the match by 295 runs in a dominant fashion. It was the biggest win for India in history in SENA countries.
After the match, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared a heartwarming video of the post-match celebrations. In the video, Mohammed Siraj looked absolutely thrilled and as he met Bumrah, he hilariously recreated his iconic dialogue.
As he met Bumrah, Siraj said, “I believe only Jassi bhai, because he is a game-changer.” Notably, he had made these remarks after the T20 World Cup 2024 final win and it went viral on social media. From time to time, fans have used that dialogue of Siraj to show how much trust they have in Bumrah to deliver on big occasions.
Meanwhile, in the video shared by the BCCI, Rohit Sharma also made an appearance and looked delighted.

Really happy and proud of the win - Jasprit Bumrah
Speaking at the post-match press conference, Jasprit Bumrah said that he was delighted to win the match as skipper. He stated:
"Really happy and proud of the win. To go 1-0 up. Lots of positives to take away. "
Bumrah further revealed that there was a clear message from the team management to stick to their plans. He said:
"When you get out on a low score, sometimes bowlers get desperate. The message was clear to stick to the plans. Very happy to get the first Test win as captain. Even when I am not captain, I look to contribute as much as possible."
