IND vs SA: Watch - KL Rahul's Hilarious On-Field Interaction With Mohammed Siraj
Indian stand-in captain KL Rahul asked Mohammed Siraj if he was ready to bowl in quite a funny way. The interaction was caught clearly on the stump mic as the stadium is empty.
Siraj injured his hamstring late on Day 1 and he was seen walking around gingerly ahead of the start of Day 2. As Rahul wasn’t sure if he was ready to get going, he questioned:
“Miyan aaja. Theek hai, garam hai? Ke chaiye 2 aur over. Bolde.”

Meanwhile, Shardul Thakur became the sixth Indian bowler to take a five-wicket haul at the Wanderers as he kept India in the hunt on Day 2. Starting out, Dean Elgar and Keegan Petersen were spectacular and played out most of the first session.
With a few overs left, Thakur provided the breakthrough in a magnificent short burst. He sent back Elgar, Petersen, and Rassie van der Dussen to put the Proteas on the backfoot. Another partnership began brewing after Lunch between Temba Bavuma and Kyle Verreynne.
The alliance frustrated the visitors as they began searching for wickets. It was Thakur once again to give India hopes as he sent back both the set batsmen in a matter of overs. The tail began to wag quite a bit with Marco Jansen and Keshav Maharaj scoring 20s.
Jasprit Bumrah came back to get the latter before Thakur wrapped up the last couple of wickets to end up with the best figures for an Indian bowler on South African soil (7/61). South Africa folded up for 229, having grabbed a lead of 27.
