New Zealand rookie seamer Kyle Jamieson has set the ICC World Test Championship final against India in Southampton. Kyle Jamieson captured his fourth wicket of the innings by dismissing Ishant Sharma for four runs in 16 deliveries in the 92nd over. Ishant was the eighth Indian batsman to depart and ultimately they folded for 217 in the first innings.

Ishant Sharma had shown resistance; however, the 32-year old could not hold on for long as the steep bounce from Kyle Jamieson did the trick. The ball clipped the shoulder of the bat and got the better of Ishant, delivering the towering seamer his fourth wicket of the big game as Ross Taylor caught the ball comfortably. The very next delivery witnessed Bumrah’s scalp for a duck.

New Zealand had been remarkable on the third morning as Jamieson starred by removing Virat Kohli and Rishabh Pant. Neil Wagner contributed by dismissing Ajinkya Rahane for 49, while Southee struck by making Ashwin his victim: The Kiwis would be glad to close out India’s innings without allowing them to add too many runs as they are capable of doing the same; however, Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane showed good application.
