Mehidy Hasan Miraz didn't have a great outing with the bat as he was back in the hut after scoring just 13 runs off 14 balls. The Bangladesh National Cricket Team all-rounder batted with a strike rate of over 92 and also slammed 1 four and 1 six during his stay at the crease.

On the other hand, Najmul Hossain Shanto, who bagged a duck in the first game against India, has come up with a solid reply in the ongoing match. The Bangladesh National Cricket Team skipper has slammed a solid half-century and would be eager to convert it into a big ton.

The clash against the New Zealand National Cricket Team will be an important game for the Bangladesh National Cricket Team in the context of the ICC Champions Trophy. They suffered a defeat against India in their opening game and a loss here would means curtains for them in the tournament.
