India captain Rohit Sharma yet again stole the limelight with his hilarious comments on the field. The senior opener this time hilariously warned Ravindra Jadeja for bowling no balls in the ongoing third Test against England at the Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot. 

Ravindra Jadeja has yet again made an error with his bowling in the ongoing game against England. The all-rounder has bowled quite a few no-balls and has come under scanner. The problem has been a long time hanging with him as in the first game too he bowled a lot of illegal balls. 

As Ravindra Jadeja bowled no balls in the ongoing game, captain Rohit Sharma took a jibe at the all-rounder. He told the bowler that he doesn’t bowl any balls in IPL and he should think that he is bowling in the league, where no balls are not allowed. 

“Sala IPL main no-ball nahi daalta lekin idhar daal raha hai. Jaddu aisa samajh T20 hai, no-ball allowed nahi hai,” Rohit Sharma was heard saying on the stump mic

Ravindra Jadeja is yet to make an impact with the ball in the game. The all-rounder bowled 4 overs on the Day 2 of the game. He has been a touch expensive as well as he has given away 33 runs so far. The England batters took attack on him and smashed him all over the park. 

Ravindra Jadeja now would be hoping to bring change in his plans for the rest of the match. The all-rounder will need to make a huge impact with the ball if India needs to make a comeback in the game. If he finds his mojo with the ball, it’s fair to say that he can run through the opposition’s batting lineup. 

Currently, England are at the top of the game. After they got India all out for 445 runs, they were off to a blistering start with the bat. Ben Duckett (133*) slammed a blistering century and put the team in the dominating position. At stumps on Day 2, England was 207/2 and are just 238 runs behind.

Both Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja were shining light for the Indian team with the bat in the ongoing Test. They were one of the main reasons why the hosts posted a total of 445 runs on the board. The hosts were left tottering at 33/4 when they joined hands together. 

The duo added 204 runs together and bailed the team out of trouble. While Rohit Sharma scored 131 runs, Ravindra Jadeja ended with a total of 112 runs. The duo played well and made sure that England didn’t get to the top after picking three quick wickets.

Ravindra Jadeja with his ton also became just the third player in the history of the game for India with a double of 3,000 runs and 200 wickets in Tests. 

Ravindra Jadeja joined the likes of Kapil Dev (5248 runs, 434 wickets) and Ravichandran Ashwin (3271 runs, 499 wickets) in the elite list. He now has over 300 runs and 280 wickets to his name.
