India Women’s National Cricket Team bowler Radha Yadav was at her absolute best on the field in the gold medal match of the Commonwealth Games 2022 Women’s Cricket Competition against Meg Lanning-led Australia Women’s National Cricket Team on Sunday, August 7 at the Edgbaston, Birmingham.
The 22-year-old Radha Yadav produced a magical through-the-legs run-out off her own bowling on the first ball of the 11th over to dismiss the Australia Women’s National Cricket Team captain Meg Lanning, who scored 36 runs off 26 balls, including 5 fours and 1 six, before getting out.

On the first ball of the 11th over, Beth Mooney pushed the ball straight and Meg Lanning, who was at the non-striker’s, hurried for a single. However, Radha Yadav was able to quickly stop the ball and produce an amazing underarm throw. The ball directly smashed into the stumps and Lanning was declared run-out.
Also, on the first ball of the 12th over, which was bowled by Deepti Sharma, Radha Yadav grabbed an absolute screamer to send back Tahlia McGrath, who was playing despite getting tested positive for Covid-19, for 2 runs.
Deepti delivered a ball on a length outside off and McGrath played a cut shot aerially. Yadav ran to her left and grabbed a sensational full-length diving catch at the backward point to dismiss the 26-year-old.
