Rinku Singh shared a funny video on his social media platform after Kolkata Knight Riders crushed Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets in the IPL 2024 final. Rinku Singh shared his happiness for winning the IPL 2024 title for the first time with KKR.

Notably, Rinku Singh did not get a chance to bat in the match as KKR won the clash before his arrival to batting. Chasing a mere 114, KKR lost their star opener Sunil Narine for just 11 runs. However, Rahmanullah Gurbaz slammed a quickfire 39 off 32, hitting 5 fours and 2 sixes.

Later, Venkatesh Iyer followed up with his vivacious fifty (52) to get the winning runs for the side. Skipper Shreyas Iyer was on the other end when Venky slammed the winning runs for the side. Star batter Rinku Singh was on the top of his happiness after the victory.

The left-handed batter shared a vlog with fans to show them what exactly was happening at Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai after the victory. Left-arm spinners Anukul Roy and Nitish Rana were also present in the vlog.

The happiness in the KKR camp was not just limited to players. Even KKR owner and Bollywood Star Shahrukh Khan did not shy away from expressing his happiness inside the stadium. He greeted KKR mentor Gautam Gambhir with a kiss on his forehead and hugged him.

Kolkata Knight Riders won the IPL title for the third time in IPL history. They became only the third team after Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians to capture three IPL crowns into their kitty. CSK and MI have 5 titles each.

KKR ruled the points table since the start

IPL 2024 was a marvelous season for Kolkata Knight Riders. Right from their first victory against Sunrisers Hyderabad to their last win against the same side, KKR ruled like a lion in a forest. After the league stage, KKR was the top team in the points table with 20 points.

Out of 14 games, they won 10 and lost 3, while 1 match ended with no result. They were the first team to qualify for the playoffs. Even in the playoffs, KKR were like the top performers. They crushed Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets in the Qualifier 1. Like a walk in the park, the Shreyas Iyer & Army chased down a 159-run total in just 13 overs.

In the final clash, they were much more powerful and overpowered SRH like a wildfire in a forest. They bundled them out for just 113 in the 1st innings and then chased it down in about 10 overs like a quick team of firefighters
