Sunil Narine has continued his decent touch with the ball in the ongoing game against the Gujarat Titans in the league. Although the mystery spinner hasn't taken wickets, he has been economical as he has bowled tight lines and lengths, not giving anything easy.

Sunil Narine was also at the receiving end of bashing by his teammate Rinku Singh in the 10th over of the game. The Kolkata Knight Riders spinner faced the heat due to the sloppy effort in the field that he displayed.

On the 4th ball of the 10th over, Sunil Narine bowled a delivery to Shubman Gill, and the batter nudged into the midwicket pocket and called for two immediately. The spinner put in a few strides to chase the ball, but he stopped, and this made Rinku Singh come from the deep and field it.

As Rinku Singh threw the ball towards the bowler's end, he was extremely unhappy with Sunil Narine's effort. The youngster gave his teammate a death stare before moving back to the deep.

Sunil Narine went wicketless in the ongoing game against Gujarat Titans. The Kolkata Knight Riders spinner gave away 36 runs in 4 overs that he bowled. He was taken for runs in his last over as Shubman Gill slammed him all over the park to spoil his economy.

Gujarat Titans had a magnificent outing with the bat. Skipper Shubman Gill (90) and Sai Sudharsan (52) took their team off to a flying start with the bat. The duo added 114 runs for the opening partnership before Jos Buttler (41*) played a vital hand to take the team to 198 runs.

Sai Sudharsan talked about his innings, saying that it was difficult for them in the start. He also talked about his partnership with Shubman Gill, saying that the skipper's experience is helping him. Speaking after the innings, he said:

"At the start of the game, the pitch was really slow. Found it difficult in the powerplay. After that, we got the speed of the wicket. Me and Shuby (Gill) had great communication, we tried to make use of the bad ball they gave us and tried to take the game deep. Have been enjoying the company with Shuby. His experience is helping me.

When the conditions are difficult, we're making use of the running between the wickets. We just understood the wicket was a little difficult to bat on. We understood that wickets in hand is the main thing. We've given a very good total for our bowlers."
