Indian wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant has been rapidly growing with each opportunity behind the stumps, and even his inputs have been turning out really helpful for the bowlers, even the seasoned players like Ravindra Jadeja, just like his idol, legendary MS Dhoni.

The fresh evidence was how Rishabh Pant helped Ravindra Jadeja to remove Litton Das in the fourth innings during India’s 280-run win over Bangladesh in the first Test at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. He made a significant contribution to India’s massive win in every aspect of the game against Bangladesh.

The explosive left-handed batter was absolutely best at his entertaining mode, as he made very crucial 39 runs in the first inning and then announced his comeback to the Test arena with the remarkable knock of 109 runs off 128 balls in the second inning against Bangladesh.

Apart from his stunning batting, Rishabh Pant was even sharper behind the stumps, as he has not only saved crucial boundaries for his team and grabbed wonderful catches but also provided helpful tricks to the bowlers to help them in their job to eventually contribute massively to their big win.

One such praiseworthy moment emerged in the 55th over of Bangladesh’s second innings when Rishabh Pant’s crucial suggestion earned Ravindra Jadeja Bangladesh batter Littion Das’ wicket on Day 4. Actually, Rishabh Pant suggested Jadeja to bowl in the rough, and the left-arm spinner obliged by delivering a good-length ball that pitched outside off stump.

And Das edged the delivery to first slip, where Rohit Sharma completed an easy catch. The ball turned sharply from outside off, forcing Litton to push forward in defense, but he wasn't able to reach the ball properly, and Jadeja got the first wicket of the innings.

Litton was sent back to the pavilion after facing 10 balls for one run during Bangladesh’s unsuccessful chase of 515 runs in the first Test against India in Chennai. Now, the video of Jadeja and Pant’s conversation in gestures is going viral on social media.

Earlier, the all-rounder smashed the remarkable 86-run knock to help India post 376 runs on the board in the first innings and added 199 runs with Ravichandran Ashwin, who hit a century in Chennai.

Jadeja had also snared two wickets for 19 runs in 8 overs in the first innings as the Bangladesh team was bundled out for just 149 runs at the Chepauk Stadium. Notably, with this massive win over Bangladesh in the first Test, India has achieved a remarkable milestone, as they have recorded more wins than losses in their 92-year history of Test cricket for the first time.
