India National Cricket Team skipper Rohit Sharma brought up the T20 mode with the bat in the ongoing second Test against the Bangladesh National Cricket Team. The game between the two teams, which commenced on 27th September, is taking place at Green Park in Kanpur.

Rohit Sharma came out all guns blazing and went after the bowlers right from the ball 1. The India skipper stepped down the track on first the ball he faced and it for a massive six. On the next ball, he slammed another massive six and then had 3 sixes in the 5 balls that he faced in the innings.

Rohit Sharma attempted to get as many runs as possible quickly, and it was absolute chaos at the stadium. He didn't go easy on the bowlers and with the mood he was in, it seemed almost every ball that he faces will go out of the stadium, such a powerful batting he displayed with the bat.

Rohit Sharma also was furious at the umpire as he gave him out in a wrong way. During the 4th ball of the 4th ball, Mehidy Hasan Miraz bowled a short ball to which the Indian captain missed the pull and was struck on the pad. The umpire didn't take long and raised his finger.

But Rohit Sharma went for DRS as he was confident and the ball tracking showed the impact was outside the India captain was termed not out. However, what caught the attention of many was the reaction of the skipper. He was livid with that decision and was seen abusing the umpire.

The stoppage in play didn't go well with Rohit Sharma as it played in his mind and he was dismissed on the next ball after that. The India National Cricket Team skipper looked dejected and angry after he got out, particularly due to the break in momentum.

Mehidy Hasan Miraz bowled a tossed-up delivery outside off and got it to spin in sharply. The ball kept low as well as Rohit came forward but didn't account for turn. The opening batter got beaten on the inside edge, and the ball crashed into the middle stump to end the carnage of India's captain.

Rohit was a man on a mission and gave his team a breathtaking start in the game. The opening batter ended with an inning of 23 runs off 11 balls. He had a strike rate of around 210 in his innings and also slammed 1 four and 3 sixes in his innings.

Rohit added 55 runs partnership with Yashasvi Jaiswal (72) in just 24 balls. They also ensured that the India National Cricket Team script history as they now have the fastest 50 by a team in the longest format of the game. They achieved the feat in just 18 balls.

Earlier in the day, India ended Bangladesh's innings with just 233 runs. Jasprit Bumrah picked three wickets while Mohammed Siraj, Akash Deep, and Ravichandran Ashwin bagged two scalps. Ravindra Jadeja was also amongst the wickets.
