Watch: Rohit Sharma's brilliant reaction after being called 'Ghajini' on The Great Indian Kapil Show

Several Indian cricketers including captain Rohit Sharma recently appeared on the Netflix comedy series 'The Great Indian Kapil Show'. While the episode has not been aired yet, a promo of the same has gone viral on social media.

In the promo, one of the members of the show Archana Puran Singh can be seen teasing the Indian captain by asking the players to name the 'Ghajini' of the team. For those who don't know, Ghajini is a famous Bollywood film, starring Aamir Khan. In the film, Aamir portrays the role of a person who is suffering from short-term memory loss.

Rohit is known for his forgetful nature and the question was asked to have some fun at his expense. The India batting superstar took the question in good spirits and had a humorous reaction, saying: "Yeh asli title hai mera (that’s my real title)." Rohit's hilarious response left Kapil Sharma, Archana as well as his teammates in splits.

The other Indian players who appeared on the show are Suryakumar Yadav, Axar Patel, Shivam Dube and Arshdeep Singh. According to reports, the episode was shot after India's triumph at the T20 World Cup in June. Under Rohit's captaincy, India beat South Africa in the final to win the T20 World Cup after 17 years.

At present, Rohit is busy leading the Indian team in the ongoing two-match Test series against Bangladesh. India won the opening Test by 280 runs and the second Test is currently underway in Kanpur. Axar Patel is also a part of the Test squad for the series.

On the other hand, the likes of Suryakumar, Dube and Arshdeep are set to be seen in action next month when the three-match T20I series between India and Bangladesh begin. Rohit won't be playing in the series as he announced his retirement from T20Is after the World Cup victory.

Rohit Sharma's second appearance:

This is the second time that Rohit Sharma has made an appearance on the Netflix show hosted by Kapil Sharma. He made his first appearance last year after leading India to the final of the ODI World Cup. On that occasion, Rohit was accompanied by his teammate Shreyas Iyer.
