Watch: Saurabh Tiwary Gets Into A Heated Altercation With A Fan In Domestic Cricket

Saurabh Tiwary, a former Mumbai Indians (MI) player, and Indian cricketer got into a heated argument with a fan during a Ranji Trophy game. Tiwari represents Jharkhand and was irritated by a fan who tried to humiliate and tease him. In the same game versus Services, Tiwari hit a fantastic century.

Tiwary was one of the bright possibilities who burst onto the scene with his outstanding batting and hairdo that resembled that of former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Saurabh Tiwary was once considered as the next great thing in Indian cricket due to his ability to knock boundaries all over the field.

However, the middle-order batter went away amid strong competition at the national level and is no longer in the picture for any format of the game. Saurabh Tiwary, on the other hand, is now playing for Jharkhand in the ongoing Ranji Trophy 2022-23 season and has been in excellent form with the bat.

In the video that has gone viral on social media, a fan can be seen repeatedly making fun of and mocking Tiwary. In the video, which was recorded by a spectator from the stands, the fan could be heard shouting, “Abe Saurabh, kab aayega batting karne.”

Tiwary was irritated by the fan’s repeated mockery and hurried up to him to have a heated argument with him. The ex-Mumbai Indians (MI) player did not mince words when he informed the supporter, “Ghar jana hain ki nahi. “Match dekhne aya hain match dekh,” (Are you going home or not? You must come to the game and watch it). After Saurabh’s warning, the fan became enraged and retaliated by assaulting him and told him he didn’t know how to play.

As he helped the side secure an incredible 9-wicket victory, Saurabh let his bat do the talking in the contest, scoring an incredible knock of 165 in the first innings.
