India National Cricket Team batter Shreyas Iyer had a decent outing with the bat in the semi-final of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 against the Australia National Cricket Team. The match between the teams is taking place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai.

Shreyas Iyer, yet again, came up with a valuable hand for India National Cricket Team under pressure. The batter walked out to bat after the team lost both Shubman Gill and skipper Rohit Sharma inside the powerplay and were left reeling at 43/2.

Shreyas Iyer soaked in the pressure and played a crucial role for his team in the semi-final of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025

Shreyas Iyer, who slammed two fifties in the last two games, soaked in the pressure and played a crucial role for his team. The India National Cricket Team batter, along with Virat Kohli, put pressure back on the Australia National Cricket Team with their fifty-plus partnership.

Shreyas Iyer, in particular, looked solid with the bat as he played spinners perfectly and didn't let Virat Kohli take all the pressure. The right-hander continued his golden touch with the bat, taking the India National Cricket Team past 100 runs with ease.

Shreyas Iyer was looking all set for a fifty but his stay at the crease was cut short by Adam Zampa. The Australia National Cricket Team spinner bowled a 91.7kph, quicker ball that skids off the deck. The batter rocked back to cut and missed.

The length of the ball wasn't short enough for Shreyas Iyer to play that shot. The ball scooted under his bat to crash into the off-stump and send the batter packing, just five runs away from his half-century.
