Melbourne Renegades might have crushed Brisbane Heat by three wickets in the 38th match of the ongoing Big Bash League 2024-25 (BBL 2024-25) on Saturday, January 18, but it was Spencer Johnson who made his bowling do the talking at the Docklands Stadium in Melbourne.

In the 12th over of the Melbourne Renegades’ chase in Melbourne, the Brisbane Heat bowler Spencer Johnson unsettled two batters with magical deliveries. Johnson removed Oliver Peake for 19 runs and Tim Seifert for a golden duck with an absolute beauty at the Docklands Stadium in Melbourne.

But it was the New Zealand wicketkeeper-batter Tim Seifert’s dismissal that left one and all in awe for Johnson. On the third ball of the same over, Spencer Johnson delivered a perfect yorker aimed at the base of the stumps, and that was too good for the new batter, Seifert. Tim Seifert failed to bring his bat down in time and was clean-bowled for a golden duck.
