Suryakumar Yadav took a brilliant diving catch to send back the dangerous David Warner in the ongoing Super 8 game between India and Australia at the Daren Sammy National Cricket Stadium, Gros Islet, St Lucia.
After posting a mammoth total of 205 for 5 in 20 overs, the momentum was with Team India and they further strengthened their grip on the game with the early breakthrough. Arshdeep Singh sent back Warner in the very first over to put India in the driver's seat.
On the final ball of the over, the left-arm pacer bowled an outswinging delivery and Warner ended up edging it behind the stumps. The ball flew to the left of Suryakumar Yadav who was standing at first slip and made a timely jump to complete a fine catch. Warner returned to the pavilion after scoring 6 runs.

Coming to the game, Australia were on 71 for 1 in the 8th over at the time of writing this report. After Warner's early dismissal, Travis Head and captain Mitchell Marsh have steadied the ship for Australia.
Earlier in the game, a stunning 92-run knock from captain Rohit Sharma propelled India to their highest total of the ongoing tournament. India lost Virat Kohli for a duck in the second over but it did not affect them much as Rohit went all out.
He smashed a 19-ball fifty inside the powerplay to give the team a flying start. Rohit was eventually out in the 12th over when Mitchell Starc castled him. Rohit's 92-run knock came off just 41 balls and was studded with 7 fours and a record 8 sixes.
The likes of Suryakumar Yadav (31), Shivam Dube (28), and Hardik Pandya (27*) also played crucial knocks to take India to their first 200-plus total in the tournament. India will be looking to win the ongoing game to seal their passage to the semifinals. The Men in Blue have not lost a single game in the competition so far and will be keen to maintain their unbeaten run after posting the big total.
