The young India National Cricket Team batter Tilak Varma smashed a monstrous six in the second T20I of the four-match series against the South Africa National Cricket Team.

Tilak Varma smashes huge out-of-the-stadium six but cannot score big
The 22-year-old left-handed batsman Varma came out to bat early after the openers Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma failed to provide India with a good start.
He wasn't able to replicate the heroics of the Durban T20I and got dismissed after scoring 20 runs off 20 balls. Notably, in the first T20I, he was excellent as he demolished the Proteas bowling unit with his attacking brand of cricket.
Meanwhile, in the second T20I, Tilak Varma caught the attention of everyone when he smoked a colossal six in the 5th over. On the third ball of the 5th over, the right-arm pacer Gerald Coetzee bowled a length ball to Tilak Varma.
The Indian batter shuffled across and just swiped the length ball over deep backward square leg for a towering six. The six was a great one as it went outside the stadium in Gqeberha.

Meanwhile, the Indian youngster was dismissed on the last ball of the 8th over. Aiden Markram bowled a delivery outside off-stump, and Tilak drove it towards cover where David Miller grabbed a one-handed stunner.
India dominated with the bat in the first T20I
India set an imposing total of 202/8 in their 20 overs in the first T20I, riding on a sensational century from Sanju Samson. Leading the charge, Samson blasted 107 off just 50 balls, with seven boundaries and ten massive sixes, striking at an impressive 214.00. His innings was a sheer masterclass and took India to a daunting score.
India's innings was off to a poor start as Abhishek Sharma fell early for 7. Skipper Suryakumar Yadav joined Samson and contributed a brisk 21 off 17 before holing out to Simelane off Patrick Kruger’s bowling, but by then Samson was well on his way to building a strong foundation.
Tilak Varma provided valuable support, smashing 33 off just 18 deliveries with three boundaries and two sixes before he was caught off Keshav Maharaj’s delivery.
The latter part of the innings saw wickets falling in quick succession as South Africa’s bowlers looked to pull things back. Gerald Coetzee claimed three wickets, including the dismissals of Hardik Pandya and Rinku Singh, both of whom couldn’t make much impact. Marco Jansen and Maharaj chipped in with a wicket each, while Nqabayomzi Peter took Samson’s crucial wicket in the 16th over.
Though South Africa’s bowlers fought back in the final overs, Samson’s explosive knock had already laid the groundwork for a challenging total, setting South Africa a tough chase of 203 runs.
