Virat Kohli Naagin Pose

Virat Kohli did not have the best of outings with the bat in the ongoing first Test between India and Bangladesh at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

It was his first Test since the tour of South Africa earlier this year. The former India skipper had skipped the entire five-match Test series against England at home in order to be with his pregnant wife. Playing his first Test since January, the right-handed batsman struggled to get going.

In the first innings, he was out for just six runs. Virat Kohli's fortunes did not change in the second innings either. While he did get the start, he could not capitalize on it and was out for 17 runs. And while the batting superstar failed to make a big impact with the bat in the Test, it did not stop him from showing his animated side on the field.

Virat Kohli has looked in good spirits throughout the Test so far. He has not shied away from doing his usual antics on the field. And on one occasion, Virat Kohli also did the snake pose, seemingly to tease the Bangladesh team.

For the uninitiated, the Bangladesh team is known for their 'Naagin Dance' celebration. Although, Kohli's pose did not resemble the 'Naagin dance', fans on social media believe that he was teasing the Bangladesh players with his snake pose.

Here is a clip showing Virat Kohli's funny gesture:

India eyes big win:

Team India will be looking to wrap up the ongoing IND vs BAN Test on day four and register a big win in the series opener. Set a target of 515 runs, Bangladesh were on 158/4 at stumps on day three. Captain Najmul Hossain Shanto (51) and Shakib Al Hasan (5) were unbeaten at the crease. For India, Ravichandran Ashwin picked up three wickets while Jasprit Bumrah claimed the other one.

Earlier in the day, India declared their second innings on 287/4. India were reeling at 67/3 at one stage but went on to recover thanks to brilliant tons from Rishabh Pant and Shubman Gill. Pant was out for 109 runs while Gill remained unbeaten on 119. They also shared a 167-run stand for the fourth wicket.

In the first innings, fighting knocks from Ashwin (113) and Ravindra Jadeja (86) had helped India recover from 144/6 to post 376 runs. In reply, Bangladesh were all out for just 149 runs.
