Ambati Rayudu made headlines for his aggressive nature on the field during his career for India and domestic teams
Rayudu was notably one of the cricketers who made headlines for his aggressive nature on the field. The first India National Cricket Team player was often seen fighting with the opposition and also with the match officials.
During the 2004 U19 World Cup, when he was leading India, he got banned for one match against Pakistan. It was also the semi-final of the tournament, as he was suspended due to time-wasting tactics during India's match against Sri Lanka.
Ambati Rayudu faced three bans in his career
This, however, didn't stop there, as Rayudu faced more bans in his career after that. During the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy match against Karnataka in 2018, he received a two-match suspension from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for breaching the code of conduct.
Rayudu, the next year, faced a suspension from bowling in international cricket by the ICC after failing to undergo testing for a suspect action reported during an ODI against Australia in 2019. However, after that, he didn't bowl and focused on batting.
Royal Challengers Bengaluru beat Punjab Kings by 7 wickets to register their fifth win in the IPL 2025
Coming to the match between the Punjab Kings and Royal Challengers Bengaluru, it was the Rajat Patidar-led side who won the game by 7 wickets.
They were top-notch with the bat and ball as they first restricted the opposition to 157 for five and then chased the target with seven balls to spare.
