Cricket West Indies (CWI) has unveiled an action-packed schedule for their men’s cricket team, starting from May 23 to December 19. This jam-packed calendar includes 14 T20Is, 6 ODIs, and 4 Test matches against South Africa, England, and Bangladesh in the Caribbean.

The West Indies National Cricket Team’s action-packed season kicks off with South Africa's visit for three T20Is, starting on May 23 at Sabina Park in Jamaica, ahead of the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2024 in June, to be held in the Caribbean and the USA.

Then, the West Indies team will head to England for a Test series in July, before South Africa returns to the Caribbean Islands for a two-match Test series in Trinidad and Guyana on August 7.

The West Indies versus South Africa Test series will be followed by a three-match T20I series at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad on August 23.

West Indies will host South Africa twice in 2024

They will also play a four-day warm-up game in Tarouba before the test series. After which, the Cricket West Indies will stage the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2024 in the September window.

Meanwhile, in October, West Indies embark on a white-ball tour of Sri Lanka before hosting England on October 31 for three ODIs and five T20Is across Antigua, Barbados, and St Lucia.

The West Indies will then end their home season by hosting Bangladesh between November 22 and December 19, featuring two Test matches in Antigua and Jamaica, three ODIs in St. Kitts and Nevis, and three T20Is in St. Vincent.

The Arnos Vale Ground in St. Vincent will be hosting the West Indies for the first time since 2014, with Bangladesh also playing a warm-up game before the Test series in Antigua.

CWI Chief Executive, Johnny Grave, said in an official statement: “We’re delighted to announce our West Indies Men's Home Series for the remainder of the year that will welcome South Africa, England and Bangladesh to eight of our host countries in the West Indies, including Saint Vincent for the first time since 2012.”

Grave added, “With significant improvements being made to the National Stadium in Grenada and Windsor Park in Dominica we were unable to host international cricket there this year, but we are already looking forward to returning to both venues in 2025. We urge fans to rally behind our Men in Maroon as we strive for a historic third T20 World Cup title and seek to secure all important points in the ICC World Test Championship.”
