Fans on Twitter reacted India National Cricket Team won the five-match T20I series against Zimbabwe by the margin of 4-1. They won the fifth and final match of the series by 42 runs on Sunday (14th July) at the Harare Sports Club in Harare.

Asked to bat, India didn’t have a great start to their innings as they lost three quick wickets. Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shubman Gill, and Abhishek Sharma went back to the hut early as India was left tottering at 40/3.

With the team being under pressure, Sanju Samson (58) stood tall for his team and brought them back into the game. Riyan Parag (22) provided Sanju great support as the duo added 65 runs for the fourth wicket and bailed the team out of trouble.

In the end, Shivam Dube (26) played some brutal strokes and powered India to a total of 167 for six. For Zimbabwe, Blessing Muzarabani was the pick of the bowlers with his figures of two for 17.

Zimbabwe had a torrid start with the bat as Wessly Madhevere bagged a three-ball duck. Tadiwanashe Marumani (27) tried to hold the one end while wickets kept falling around him. Marumani and Dion Myers (34) added 44 runs for the third wicket but after that, nothing went in the hosts' way.

They kept losing wickets at regular intervals as Indian bowlers were at the top of the game. Faraz Akram (27) tried hard but didn’t get the support as India bundled out the opposition for 125 to win the game by 42 runs. Mukesh Kumar was the pick of the bowlers as he bagged four wickets.
