The left-handed spinning prodigy is making a comeback into the Indian team after a lengthy delay. Though he started his career on an excellent note, the flamboyant cricketer failed to make things fall in place after batsmen began reading him. He was thrashed in Indian Premier League and also, in ICC World Cup 2019, batsmen looked pretty comfortable in dealing him.

All those moments have made the selectors switch away from him in the shortest format by bringing in players like Krunal Pandya and Washington Sundar in the side. However, with Pandya failing to perform, Kuldeep Yadav once again got the chance to show his calibre.
