Mahendra Singh Dhoni has always been lauded for his exceptional skills of reading the game. Once again, in the recent game between India and New Zealand at Napier, he showed his brilliance to remove Trent Boult. Meanwhile, the notable actor R Madhavan hails MS Dhoni for his incredible ability.

It was in the first ODI of the 5-match series between India and New Zealand at Napier. The home side is in deep sort of troubles, as their batting section showed poor game of cricket.

That was MS Dhoni’s Classic – R Madhavan

Meanwhile, it was the turn of Trent Boult, who has got the responsibility to add something on the board. But, unfortunately, it wasn’t the case, as there was Masterman in the opposition ranks.

He asked Kuldeep Yadav to come from around the wicket and told him that Trent Boult will play the delivery blindly. Dhoni wanted Kuldeep to come around, as the ball won’t turn inside from the other side of the wicket. The result is that Trent Boult edged right the first ball of Kuldeep to walk back.

Meanwhile, it impressed the actor Madhavan, who was pretty notable for collecting four Filmfare awards. Digging into his post, it read ”That’s classic Dhoni for you .. the rockstar with all the experience MS Dhoni.”

After the one-sided game at Napier, now, it is the time for the second ODI of the series. The home side would like to give it back to India while the visitors would love to carry on their momentum in the ODI format. They have already bagged 1st ODI in their kitty and would like to make the most of 2nd ODI game as well.

After winning the first ODI in the five-match series, India will be eager to wrap up the series as soon as possible. This would allow them space for experimentation and look ahead to the Cricket World Cup in England later this year.
