Asia Cup 2018: Watch - MS Dhoni Greets Shoaib Malik

Former India skipper, MS Dhoni and Shoaib Malik were seen greeting each other during a practice session at the Dubai International Stadium in Abu Dhabi ahead of Asia Cup 2018.
In a video shared by the ANI on their official twitter handle, the two former skippers were be seen meeting each other.

However, the arch-rivals will face-off each other in a group game on 19th September. Meanwhile, the tournament opener will be played between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka on Saturday.
Coming back to the India-Pakistan clash, Shoaib Malik has always performed well against India. Hence, he will be a player to watch out for in the much-anticipated clash in Asia Cup 2018. On the other hand, MS Dhoni had faced stern criticism from every quarter for his relatively slow batting in the recent past.
However, MS’ twin knocks in England received widespread criticism. Sunil Gavaskar even went on to compare Dhoni’s 37 off 58 balls with his infamous knock of 36 not out in the 1979 World Cup. On the other hand, Shoaib Malik has been a veteran cricketer for Pakistan and is nearing his end in international cricket.
Pakistan likely favourites in Asia Cup 2018
The last time these two teams met was in the Champions Trophy 2017. Pakistan thrashed India by 180 runs in the final to lift the title for the very first time. Meanwhile, India had defeated their arch-rivals early on by 124 runs. However, Pakistan staged an extraordinary comeback which saw them lifting their maiden Champions Trophy title.
