Though everything has fallen in place for the Indian National Cricket Team at MCG, it was Pat Cummins, who remained at his best to stand in the middle of the road for India’s victory. Meanwhile, the former Indian swashbuckling batsman Virender Sehwag impressed with the show by the all-rounder of Australia.
Initially, Pat Cummins wreaked havoc by bagging 6 wickets to his name and then continued his ominous form with the bat. He stretched the things from Day 4 to Day 5 in a hope of rain god helping him to seal the deal for Australia.

After the conclusion of the fourth day of the Test match, Virender Sehwag took to Twitter asking Indians to bag the remaining two wickets for the victory. Further, he showered words of praise on the determination displayed by Pat Cummins.

He went on to suggest a few Australian batsmen learn from Pat Cummins in order to come good for their national side. Soon, fans joined Virender Sehwag in giving their appreciations to the Australian all-rounder.

Match Status:
Well, it was the day that belonged to India but the way Pat Cummins hung in the middle pushed things for the final day of the match. Initially, India added few more runs to overnight score to put 399 on the board for Australia.
In reply, Australian batsmen once again have bitten the dust, as they were outclassed by Indian bowlers. Ravindra Jadeja was the wrecker-in-chief with 3 wickets with 3 wickets while Bumrah and Shami picked a couple.
