A spectator made a stunning effort to get to the ball. However, he felt down hilariously and finally had to save himself from the ball in BBL 2018-19. It was the second ball of the fourteen over of the 29th match of the ongoing Big Bash League when Brisbane Heat skipper Chris Lynn advanced down the track and smashed a big six. The right-hander got a good connection against Cameron Boyce and smashed the ball straight for a six.

However, the fan who wanted to catch the ball could not get his balance right ahead of the sightscreen. On the other hand, Brisbane Heat won the match against Melbourne Renegades by a huge margin of 101 runs. This was their third win of the season.

Renegades won the toss and decided to bowl first. However, their decision backfired when Max Bryant and Brendon McCullum gave a solid start to their team. Bryant was the aggressor and took the attack on the opposition.

In fact, the third over of the Brisbane Heat innings produced 23 runs with Max Bryant hitting Joe Mennie for four consecutive boundaries. Bryant scored eight fours in his quickfire knock of 44 runs from just 24 balls. Thus, the right-hander was also awarded the Man of the match.

Brendon McCullum continued in the similar fashion and scored his runs at a brisk pace. McCullum was given great support by Heat captain Chris Lynn. The right-handed partnership added 89 runs for the second wicket.

McCullum scored 69 whereas Lynn scored 66 runs to take Heat’s total to 192 runs. However, Melbourne Renegades succumbed to pressure as they were skittled out for a paltry score of 91 runs.

Brendan Doggett and Mitchell Swepson scalped three wickets each to trouble the Renegades batsmen.
