ICC World Test Championship Final Most Wickets: The second edition of the ICC World Test Championship (ICC WTC) will come to an end in June with the final between Australia and India. India and Australia are playing their second and first ICC World Test Championship final respectively.

India qualified for the inaugural final of the ICC World Test Championship too but ended up losing the title decider against Kane Williamson-led New Zealand.

The ongoing cycle of the ICC World Test Championship saw 9 teams fighting it out against each other. A total of 69 matches were played in the current ICC World Test Championship cycle. And in the end, Australia and India finished as the top-two sides in this ICC World Test Championship cycle.

Australia was the only side to end its ICC World Test Championship campaign with a PCT of more than 60. India and Australia will now be keen to lay their hands on the ICC World Test Championship trophy.

The much-anticipated mouth-watering ICC World Test Championship clash is scheduled to be played at the Oval in London. The match will be taking place from June 7 to 11.

ICC World Test Championship Final Most Wickets

As the cricketing world gears up for the much-awaited ICC World Test Championship title decider, we are taking a look at the bowlers who have picked the most number of wickets in the ongoing ICC World Test Championship cycle. Australia spinner Nathan Lyon is currently leading the race with an impressive 83 wickets from 19 games.

He is followed by South Africa’s Kagiso Rabada who has picked up 67 wickets in this ICC World Test Championship cycle. India’s Ravichandran Ashwin is third on the list with 61 wickets followed by English duo James Anderson and Ollie Robinson who have picked up 58 and 53 wickets respectively. Lyon and Ashwin will be up against each other in the ICC World Test Championship final and will be looking to fire their respective team to a historic victory.
