Windies all-rounder, Dwayne Bravo picked the best batsman between Sachin Tendulkar and Brian Lara.

There is always a huge debate in the cricketing folklore on who is the best batsman to have embraced the game.

In fact, there is no denying the fact that both Sachin Tendulkar and Brian Lara are the front contenders whenever the discussion of the best batsman comes to the fore. Meanwhile, both Sachin and Lara shared a great bonhomie on and off the field.

Bravo picked Brian Lara as his favourite batsman. The Windies all-rounder said while talking to his Chennai Super Kings teammate Harbhajan Singh on latter’s show Bhajji Blast.

“For me, I will pick up Brian Lara because he is my hero. For you, it’s Sachin because he is master. I played with Lara more, been around with him more but you cannot discuss these guys. These two are special in their own way. There is nothing to be discussed and compared,” he said.

Meanwhile, both Harbhajan Singh and Dwayne Bravo played for eventual winners Chennai Super Kings.
