Harbhajan Singh lauded Team India and skipper Virat Kohli after the visitor’s outplayed England in the third of the five-match Test series at Trent Bridge.

Meanwhile, India bounced back 2-1 with a 203-run victory in the third Test. They took just 17 balls on day five to get the final wicket of James Anderson as he gloved one off Ravichandran Ashwin to Ajinkya Rahane.

England finished their second innings on 317 after Jos Buttler’s maiden Test century provided some joy in otherwise a poor batting display from the hosts. The Indian seamers put up a brilliant efforts bagging 19 out of the 20 wickets that fell.

Harbhajan Singh feels this is a complete team effort and the series will take an exciting turn from here. He also noted that the team had improved a lot in both the departments.

India have done really well to win this game and kept themselves alive in the series. India outplayed England in the third Test at Trent Bridge. It was a complete effort by Team India, they batted well, bowled well and more importantly, they took the catches. Everyone is so excited and India are finally at their best. From here onwards, it will be an exciting series,” Harbhajan Singh told India Today.

The India skipper bagged the man of the match award with his scintillating batting form. He scored 97 in the first innings and backed it up with 103 in the second essay. So far, Kohli has notched two centuries and as many as half-centuries in the six innings.
