In good news for the Indian team, Bhuvneshwar Kumar was finally able to hit the training session ahead of the 3rd ODI against England in Leeds.
However, Kumar was trolled by the fans, as he had overstepped in his delivery stride. Thus, the umpire in all the fans suddenly woke up.
Meanwhile, it should be noted when a player gives 50% in the practice session; he can not expect a better result in the match conditions. Thus, it is all about building the right habits in the training sessions. Therefore, one gets the results based on his preparation.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar will like to hit the ground running in the decider.
In fact, if a bowler is overstepping in the practice session, he is also likely to do that in a match, where it matters the most. After all, it is well said that ‘Practice makes a man perfect’.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar had missed the first two matches, as he had back issues. Therefore, Siddarth Kaul had made his ODI debut for the Indian team in place of the swing master.
If Bhuvneshwar goes on to play in the decider, then it will be a shot in the arm for the Indian team. They have dearly missed his services thus far in the series. Kumar is handy at both ends of the innings. The right-hander can move the ball both ways in the first ten overs.
Furthermore, he can hit the bullseye with his yorkers in the death overs of the game, which makes him India’s linchpin with the ball. However, his injury has kept him on the sidelines in the recent past.
Here is how Twitter trolled Bhuvneshwar Kumar:
