England vs India 2018: James Anderson Completes His 100 Wickets at Lord's

James Anderson and England surfaces turned out to be a misery for India. In the pivotal five-matches series between India and England, Anderson is continuously producing a threat for Indian batters. Besides this, he also tops the charts of most wickets at Lord’s in London while bagging 100 wickets at such iconic venue.

Apart from getting the 22nd five-for in the second match, Anderson also completed his 550 Test wickets during the ongoing Lord’s Test. He is the only second bowler after Glenn McGrath – to achieve such milestone.

100th victim of James Anderson:

Murali Vijay became the 100th victim of English pacer Anderson. Overall, he grabs the fourth position of most wickets in a single venue just after Muttiah Muralitharan who settled with the first three slots.

Ace off-spinner Muralitharan’s 800 Test victims included 100 in Galle, Kandy and at the Sinhalese Sports Club (SCC) in Colombo.
