Virender Sehwag would be the same person even if he scores 300 or gets out for a duck, Simon Taufel recently said. Sehwag would start off a innings with a boundary and hit a six to reach his century, it hardly mattered to him. He feels Sehwag always backed his players and never took much pressure. The Sri Lankan also said, the former India opener, was one of the ‘coolest person’ he ever met.
”He (Virender Sehwag) is the most coolest person I’ve ever met, he was somebody that doesn’t take pressure that much. He lives by the day and he is the person, who backs you all the time to go in the middle. Even when was captaining, he was someone very free-flowing, easy-going, cool character,” Farveez Maharoof said in an exclusive interview to CricketAddictor.
